For nearly a decade, Sel was known for redefining fine dining in the Valley — elegant prix fixe menus, refined service, and intimate experiences. Now, as dining culture has evolved, we have too. Sel Bistro represents our next chapter: A lively, modern bistro by Chef Branden Levine, where the food remains exceptional but the experience is more relaxed, social, and free-spirited. We've moved away from multi-course prix fixe dining and white tablecloths — but kept everything guests loved most: outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and a sense of occasion. Our new à la carte menu gives guests the freedom to dine their way — whether they're sharing a few plates with friends or enjoying a full evening around the table.
